Amanda Concha Holmes. Her research and teaching interests are in the collaborative production of film documentaries and new media, which highlight marginalized ecological and cultural resources through a process that is founded upon and empowers local perspectives, voices and visions. 

Michael Kilman is an applied anthropologist and digital media specialist. He focuses on community based media systems and research. He produced the documentary on the social justice community based theater troupe known as ‘The Romero Theater Troupe’. Currently he lectures at the University of Colorado at Denver and Metro State University of Denver.

Geoffrey Gordon (stage name Jeff Gee) has been a member of Denver Open Media for over 5 years. He has produced and aired both single and multiple episodes of various cannabis related television shows, including The Grow Show. He has been streaming Live Events for over eight years and continues to be a leader in media technologies.   

Marty Otañez, Associate Professor, Anthropology Department, CU Denver. My research and creative work examines the digital storytelling process in the service of health equities, visual ethnography to increase cannabis workplace safety and protections, and policy anthropology to advance corporate accountability and alternative livelihoods for tobacco farmers and farm workers in Malawi and elsewhere.
